Billy provided great help, advice and ideas when we first approached him about an extension.  We have all loved our new living space. 

Billy listened to what we were wanting to achieve and gave us a number of different options with his drawings.  He took time going through everything until we had exactly what we were looking for. 

Billy helped lots with different building warrant and building queries and was always willing to provide good advice throughout the whole project. 

We as a family have loved the extra space and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Billy to others. If we ever move (or decide on another project here) we will be in touch!

I would recommend Billy for this type of work for the whole process. From our first meeting to getting planning permission it all went very smoothly - there were a few complications along the way with the coal board regarding mine shafts which Billy went out of his way to sort out on my behalf.
